McCains healthcare proposal.

McCains proposal will tax employers ability to provide health coverage for under age 65 employees. The plan is will force individual plans to be covering all full time workers. This may cause many indivduals with prexisiting health conditions loss of coverage in current plans.

In order to make his plan work i am suggesting a Federal Pool Plan for the individuals that cannot be covered in private insurance plans, The tax paid by employers that use this pool.

Pooling plans can also work for self employed or any person that cannot be covered in private individ
ual plans
